When is the best time to carry out a snagging inspection on your new home?

• Ideally the best time is before you move in but this can sometimes be difficult as some builders will not allow this.

• Therefore the next best thing is to arrange this as soon as you have taken possesion.

• Some people do not realise that you do have two years from the date you take possesion to produce as many snagging list as you like, as not all snags are apparent immediatly when you move in.
